Coach “suh dude” Sean started CrossFit in 2017 after spending 6 years powerlifting, trying to get his body in “Broadway stage” shape. He splits his time between creating energetic and positive experiences for our Grit City clients, and training to compete in CrossFit. Between sets and during classes you’ll find Sean singing along to the radio, and outside of the gym you can find him playing his ukulele, hiking, and looking for the best pizza in NYC.
